How we publish

Editorial policy
and methodology.

Aplora publishes practical guidance about speaking a language, learning with AI, and building confidence in real conversations. This page explains who is behind that work and how an article moves from an idea to the site.

01

Who publishes the Aplora blog

The blog is published by Aplora, a product of JB Learning Systems Pty Ltd. “Aplora Editorial” and its localized equivalents are organization bylines for the team that prepares the content; they are not names of invented individual authors.

02

How topics are selected

Blog topics are selected market by market from learner questions, search-demand research, and gaps where a practical speaking-first answer would be useful. The article sets can therefore differ by language and country. They are not treated as automatic translations of one universal English catalogue.

03

Research, drafting, and review

Drafts are stored with the website source and reviewed before publication. Where an article depends on an external standard, exam format, regulation, or third-party product, the article should identify and link to the relevant source. Product and pricing statements are checked against Aplora’s maintained product facts.

The release process also runs automated checks for broken internal links, page metadata, canonical and language annotations, structured data, and restricted or stale product claims. Automation supports editorial review; it does not turn a generated claim into evidence.

04

Bylines and commercial transparency

Aplora’s articles may discuss Aplora alongside other ways to practise. Aplora is the publisher and the product maker, so those references are not independent reviews. We do not attach fictional expert biographies or structured-data ratings to make a page appear more authoritative than the underlying evidence supports.

05

Updates and corrections

Articles show their publication date and, after a meaningful revision, an updated date. Small formatting changes do not receive an artificial freshness date. If you find a factual error, outdated link, or unclear disclosure, email hello@aplora.org. Substantive corrections are reflected in the article and its modification date.
