Language training your team will actually use
Most corporate language programs teach grammar in a classroom. Aplora gets your team talking, rehearsing real meetings, calls, and client conversations with an AI tutor, in 14 languages, on their own schedule.
Set up a team pilotA real conversation, not a quiz
Employees rehearse the exact situations their job puts them in, out loud, with an AI tutor that listens, replies, and corrects in the moment. This is what one session looks like.
Quietly powering a handful of language programs and team-training pilots, with more on the way.

The problem with classroom training
Booked-out classroom sessions, generic curricula, and low completion rates are the norm for corporate language programs, and it shows: people can read the email and follow the call, then go quiet the moment it's their turn to speak. Vocabulary was never the gap. Confidence speaking under a little pressure is.
Aplora replaces the classroom hour with private speaking practice against an AI tutor that responds and corrects in the moment, so the real meeting is already someone's second time through it.

It remembers what your team struggled with last time
Every session picks up where the last one left off. If someone stumbled on a phrase on Tuesday, Aplora brings it back Thursday, woven into a new conversation, until it sticks. That's not a generic curriculum starting from day one for every hire.
Every session ends with a report, not just a grade
After each conversation, the tutor summarizes what went well, what's worth another look, and which words to keep practicing. Zoom out and managers see the same signal at a team level: who's practicing, what's improving, and where to focus next.
What your team will actually rehearse
Not a vocabulary list. Real lines, rehearsed out loud with an AI tutor, until they come out naturally when it counts.
In the meeting
- Let's align on the timeline.
- Can we circle back to that point?
- I'd like to build on what Priya said.
- Let's take this offline.
On the call
- Sorry, you cut out, could you repeat that?
- Just to make sure I've got this right...
- Let me get back to you on that.
With a client
- What's the best way to move this forward?
- We can be flexible on the timeline, not the scope.
- Let me walk you through the options.
“Finally, feedback that tells me what to fix. It flagged my tense errors instead of cheering me on, so I actually stopped making them.”
Progress you can point to
This is what shows up in the product for one learner, not a marketing chart. Multiply it across a team and that's the visibility L&D gets.

How it works
- 1 Tell us about your team. Languages, roles, and what you're trying to solve, better client calls, onboarding for a global hire, interview prep, whatever it is.
- 2 We set up seats. Each person gets their own AI tutor with scenarios matched to their role and language goal.
- 3 Your team practices on their schedule. Ten minutes before a call, on the commute, the night before a big meeting. No class to attend.
- 4 You see the results. Usage and progress across the team, so you know the program is actually working.

Questions from teams
How is this different from a language app or a classroom course?
Apps teach vocabulary and grammar drills; classrooms teach on a fixed schedule with a curriculum built for no one in particular. Aplora is speaking practice: each person has an open conversation with an AI tutor about the real situations their job puts them in, on their own time.
Which languages does it cover?
14 learning languages today, with English for work (business English) as the most common request from teams. Tell us your team's languages when you reach out and we'll confirm fit.
How is pricing structured for teams?
Seat-based, and it scales with team size: roughly $39 to $49 per seat per month, with smaller pilots at the higher end and larger teams at the lower end. Volume discounts kick in at 50+ seats, and enterprise rollouts (200+) are custom-priced. Tell us about your team and we'll put together an exact quote.
Is there a minimum team size?
No fixed minimum. Whether you're piloting with five people or rolling out to hundreds, tell us your team size and we'll set up something that fits.
Can we try it before we commit?
Yes. Every individual on Aplora gets a first conversation free, no card required. For teams, we'll set up a short pilot so your group can try it before signing anything.
How is our team's data handled?
Learner conversations are processed so the tutor can give feedback and remember what to practice; team admins get usage and progress visibility; and account data covers seats and billing. Our security and data-handling overview walks through hosting, encryption, retention, deletion, and GDPR, so procurement can review it up front rather than waiting for a call.
